The restaurant that is not recommended

The initial plan was going to 1633 (one of the restaurant opposite Villa) but its closed when we reach there. So, we randomly chose a restaurant to call it a day and went to the one beside 1633.

The restaurant gives me a impression that the food will be more expensive compared to other restaurant. Nevertheless, we tried it, we have got 2 years (some even 4 more years) here in Curtin, have to give every shop a chance!

Yet, it disappoints me when the service there is very bad. The waitress had to keep going back and fro to ask whether they have this and that. She have to make sure what the restaurant is not serving that day, that's how a waiter/waitress should know!

 The curry laksa, have only 2 things = very oily and spicy. There's just a bit of curry taste, other than that, its too watery.

At first i asked them if they have Ginger Spring Onion Beef 'Wat Dan Ho' (姜蔥牛肉河) and they went back to kitchen to confirm and told me yes they have it. When the food is served, it was Ginger Beef Rice. There must be communication problem somewhere. Then, the chef/owner came out and apologize saying that he had never heard before 姜蔥牛肉河, maybe in Miri there's no such thing. So, i just changed to the normal 'Wat Dan Ho'. Outcome was: there was lack of wok hei and the gravy was too dilute.

Its not the end of our dissatisfaction in this restaurant, my friend even saw a terrible scene. The waiter was chopping the chicken and it fell down on the floor, he picks it up and continue chopping to serve..
