City tour, nothing much to do because we had already went there the previous day. What i'm looking forward was the teambuilding. Why? The student council reminded us that we should bring extra clothes on this day. It must be something that'll make you dirty and sweaty! I like the sound of that..
Arrived at Dong Ling Golf and Country Club, right, its Eastwood Valley. From scenery point of view, its better than Tropicana Golf and Country Club with all the huge bungalows surrounding it.
We started of clean and nice. When i heard the teambuilding involved Kayak (didn't have it,WHY!?, i wanna capsize people), water, and most importantly (Mud). Mostly everyone brought extra shirt, pants, etc...and i just brought a shirt =.=" I even heard some people complain that they regret for coming!! hahahaha...
It started of forming a group, mine was green. Then, i was appointed to be the leader of my group, that's awkward. A group is required to form a name and warcry (group cheer), ours was GoGreen! I wanted to do tepuk komando or 3 4! that i learnt from cadet but we'll be stepping on grass (no sound), idea rejected!!
Most of us took off our shoes, we only got one shoe from West Malaysia and we're going mud, no way i'm risking my shoes! Faced the consequences when we walking to the bus (to the teambuilding place), our legs was sorta burnt due to the immense heat on the road.
I got all hype up when i saw the amount of obstacle we gonna do! Jumping through many tyres, climb over the wall, monkey bar (with mud water down there), tarzan swing (mud water down there), 12 ft wall, tyre wall climbing and lastly Commando Crawl!!! All the things i love very much, haven't been doing it for some time.
The V V gang was saying that's the angry side of David! I automatically switch to cadet mode when i lead the group to these obstacle course. Shouting, cheering like one. I hope nobody is gonna run away from me but 1 thing i'm sure of, they think i'm one crazy fella that just run out of jungle!!!! =D GoGreen, thank you for cooperating! <3
The silhouette of the 2 emo girls during sunset. Everyone is really tired after the obstacle course, everyone just run to the bath room and take a shower. I kinda pity the club, because our dirty barefoot was stepping all over the place!
Few talks were given on stage, seriously i think no one listens to what the people on stage are saying, everyone is hungry and just complaining when the talk is gonna be over! When we are 'release', everyone rushed to queue up for food!
Noodle, Fish and Corn Soup. The soup was a crap, as if salt was free. Well, i drank 2 bowl actually, added with mineral water (half bowl), it urge me to eat more. My appetite deteriorate since i came Miri.
Every group are required to sing a song, there's a catalog given and required your group to choose a song and sing. Damn, this was the worse part actually. It was really a headache when we are choosing the songs and also sending out representative to sing. The situation was a chaos actually and my mood actually turn bad at one point. I sorta forced 2 person to represent and after that i feel bad about it. I'm sorry about that. Why not I spontaneously volunteer myself to sing? If i do, everyone will run away!
Rexy's group sang 2 times, they actually challenge Vinodh's group, LOL. They are really active.
V V again at Teambuilding'12. Hope we maintain what we are. A Family.
While waiting for the bus, there's a dance party type of thing. I'll have to salute you guys, still have so much energy to dance.
